Köszöntelek a Kertben 

GARDEN

Maybe I've neglected this section a little till now, the reason for it, on the one hand, that month of December and January are the most uneventful in the year. On the other hand, the garden does not really seems to be a coherent part of content of this blog till now..

Yes, some of you may think: is this woman crazy, or suffers in schizophrenia? One moment she plays the modell with her painted nails and high heels, then suddenly she digs up the soil like a mole? Well, yes, exactly. But do not forget the gloves are big friends of women (either in housekeeping or in garden), so there is no problem with the manicure. And I promise I will not put any "garden working" outfits on :)

Eddig egy kissé elhanyagoltam ezt a részt, ennek egyrészt természetes oka az, hogy a december-január a legeseménytelenebb hónap az évben. Másrészt, azért lássuk be, a kert nem túl koherens része az eddigi tartalmaknak.

Igen sokan gondolhatják: meg van őrülve ez a nő, vagy tudathasadása van? Egyik pillanatban lakkozott körömmel és magassarkúban játssza a modellt, aztán meg túrja a földet, mint egy vakond? Hát ez van. Ne feledjük ugyanakkor, hogy a nők nagy barátja a kesztyű (háztartásban, kertben), így a manikűrrel nincs sok gond. A kerti dolgozós ruháimról pedig ígérem, nem teszek fel képet :)

Okay, joking apart, actually the fashion and garden are not as far away from each other as we'd think. Especially in case of park and flower-garden: partly this is also about synchronizing and balancing the colours, forms and textures, of course supplementing with some other important factors needed for plants. And the final result, the beauty what a garden can gift with come up to the joy of a nice outfits, at least for me.

The vegetable garden also does not differ from the main theme, since concerning gastronomy it is important what ingredients we use in the kitchen. And yes, even if we buy vegetables on local market, there is nothing to compare with the flavour of freshly picked pepper, or the "sunshine" taste of strawberries gathered in the early summer evening. It was impossible for me to find as sweet tender peas in the stores as those one I have preserved. Neither I was able to buy a marmalade that just as sweet and have that large pieces in as I like.

So definitely in garden we can find the aesthetics and the joy of creation. It is worth investing you work because this is a real experience to feel how your garden changes and grows from year to year. It happened to me exactly last year when one of my old relatives praised my garden - although it doesn't look like as good as I wish -, but I felt happy because after a few year it became visible also for an "outsider" what I would like to achieve and talk enthusiastically about.

Well it was an introduction for this section. Next I intend to share the "history" and growing of our garden in last 5 years, only shortly with pictures. Then hopefully a real-time diary will come.

No, de komolyra fordítva a szót, azért nem áll annyira távol egymástól a divat és a kert. Főleg a díszkert tekintetében: itt is a színek, formák, textúrák egymáshoz hangolásáról van szó, kiegészítve persze még egyéb a növények számára fontos tényezőkkel. És hát a végeredmény, a szépség, amivel egy kert meg tud ajándékozni azért számomra felér egy szép öltözékkel.

A haszonkert sem annyira tér el a fő témáktól, hiszen a gasztronómiához kapcsolódóan fontos az, hogy milyen alapanyagokból dolgozunk. És igen, ha még a helyi piacról is vásárolunk, a frissen leszedett paprika zamata, vagy az este szüretelt földieper "napfény íze" azért nem elhanyagolható élmény. De nem nagyon találtam meg a bolti kínálatban az általam eltett zöldborsó édes puhaságát sem, vagy azt a lekvárt, ami pont olyan édes és akkora darabok vannak benne, ahogy én szeretem.

Szóval valóban megvan a kertben az esztétika és az alkotás is. Itt érezhetjük igazán, hogyan érik be lassan, akár évekig munkánk gyümölcse. Pont a tavalyi évben történt, hogy egy ismerősöm megdícsérte a kertet - bár még távolról sem mutatja azt a formáját, ahogy én azt elképzeltem -, de nagyon örültem, mert pár év után végre egy kívülállónak is láthatóvá vált, hogy mi az amit szeretnék, amiről eddig lelkesen beszéltem.

Hát ez lett volna a bevezetés a kert részhez. Az elkövetkező posztokban szeretném röviden bemutatni a kertünk "történetét", fejlődését az elmúlt 5 évben, képekkel is illusztrálva. Majd remélhetőleg már az aktuális naplóbejegyzéseket követhetitek.
